Country and Mill Heritage Days

From Saturday 26 to Sunday 27 June 2021

10:30 to 11:00, 11:30 to 12:00, 14:30 to 15:00, 15:30 to 16:00, 16:30 to 17:00 and 17:30 to 18:00

Within the framework of the days of the inheritance of the Country and the Mills, the tourist office proposes free visits of the mill of the Cliff to you. During this visit, you will discover the old "petit-pied" mill of the Guérande hillside dating from the 16th century. You will be surprised by its amazing old-fashioned mechanism used to transform buckwheat grains into organic buckwheat flour. Buckwheat is a member of the polygonaceae family and is the only cereal that does not belong to the grass family (barley, wheat, oats...).
Due to the health crisis, the mill is limited to 5 visitors in addition to the guide until further notice. The production of flour is not carried out. The Tourist Office staff will be on site with the three-wheeler to provide information to the public and will offer, on Saturday 26 June, several artistic creation workshops on the theme of trees.

Several visits are proposed:
- Saturday 26 June: 10.30am, 11.30am, 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
- Sunday 27 June: 10.30am, 11.30am, 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
