The workshop answers all these questions (ecology, identification, picking, culinary advice and tasting).
Professionals in the collection of seaweed for the supply of French gourmet and starred restaurants, we invite you to share our know-how thanks to this workshop. The session begins with an outing to the foreshore (beach 150 m from the Jardins de la Mer) and continues at the farm with a fishing report followed by the tasting of a caviar with fresh seaweed in a friendly atmosphere.
