Professionals in the collection of seaweed for the supply of French gourmet and starred restaurants, we invite you to share our know-how thanks to this workshop. The session begins with an outing to the foreshore (beach 150 m from the Jardins de la Mer) and continues at the farm with a fishing report followed by the tasting of a caviar with fresh seaweed in a friendly atmosphere.

Price: €25 per adult, €12 for 7 - 17 year olds, free for children under 7
Provide suitable shoes, a knife or scissors and a container.

La visite s'est avérée théorique mais pas de pratique bien que se déroulant sur la plage. Pas de dégustation ni de cueillette. La suite, dans la boutique, n'était que commerciale. Très au dessous de notre attente. Dommage...
