Did you know that….?

In 2005 the town of La Baule was able to list some 1500 villas which are of particular interest and must therefore be protected and maintained. This conservation area, has become since adoption of the law Grenelle II, ‘une aire de mise en valeur de l’architecture et du patrimoine’ AVAP = an area in which the architectural heritage is maintained and protected and in which the environmental and ecological factors will be taken even more so into consideration.
